Maybeline had a party held at Zouk! The line up was pretty cool, there was a mini fashion show, some rapping, make up tips etc!
There was a makeover section (queue was quite long!) So Crystal and I took some "BEFORE" pictures.
The lighting was too good to resist!
Also, it was insanely crowded and packed so going downstairs wasn't a very good idea. We had a peripheral vision from the top anyway!

Liquid eyeliner! (I had gel eyeliner on, which isn't as obvious as liquid eyeliner)
Curling lashes (I had no mascara on either.)
And of course, she applied mascara after. Crystal's turn!
Eyebrows filled in! And she was subjected to the exact same eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara treatment so.. here's the AFTER shot!

The event ended promptly at 1030, (because zouk had to be cleared out and ready for the eager throngs queueing outside). We headed to En Grill & Dining Bar for DINNER because we had no time to eat.
By the time our food arrived, it was midnight and I was starving!!
Final picture. I haven't been wearing much make up these days. Maybelline gave me a goody bag and I have goodies to share!

Really digging this eyeliner I received from Clio a while back! Received the purple and silver ones. I haven't used them for a night event to create that smokey look yet but I will soon! The brand is endorsed by Hyo Lee, she's super gorgeous and has a beautiful eyes.
Disclaimer: Trying out new poses with ringlight. Not too many poses don't worry :P
The best thing about this eyeliner (Gelpresso) is that it's as smooth as gel liner and even better than pencil! Plus it's retractable auto pencil is so convenient! Just twist and use only what you need. Love the functionality!
The colour is easily drawn on and is available in many pretty colours! (Beige, Dark brown, Silver, Black, Purple and Navy). Its a creamy texture that can also be used as an eye shadow!
I'm using the purple and silver eyeliner :) I normally prefer not to draw eyeliner on my water line because I end up tearing. Think my eyes are kinda sensitive, some brands of contact lenses are really tough for me to remove!
(didn't liquify my face in the picture above but my hair made the outline of my face look... different)
1) Use the Gelpresso Star Purple to line your upper and lower lids, use a black eyeliner to draw a wing tip towards the end of the eyes
2) Use the Metallic Silver to highlight the corner of your eyes
3) Smudge the area where you have drawn on for intense and glamorous eyes! I didn't draw mine too thick this time, if I draw them thicker the next time I'll post some pictures up! Thicker eyeliner is more suitable for clubs and night events :)

It was my first time here at this newly launched restaurant! Maybelline decided to hold a catwalk and showcase the launch of their NEW products! Which I will share in a bit :) I was also flu-y that day, so that explains the lackluster of smiles/emotions etc.
Sarah dear!! Always see her looking IMMACULATE with PERFECT make up. I kid you not.
First product, the B.B White! (BB cream!) For the guy's it's a type of foundation. Haha.
The turnout was HUGE! So many people were there! Listening to an introduction about the products :)
The other two products are, the mascara and the new blusher :)
Bring on the catwalk! Love Bonito outfits!! Love them!
Also, see if you can notice something about all the models that day!

Figured it out? All the girls have one eye WITH MAKEUP and the other eye, WITHOUT! Look at the huge difference!! This is why girls look better with make up ahhaha.

Friends I haven't seen in FOREVER. Mel, from my secondary school and Fawn, from my uni! Oh yes, during the event there was a lucky draw. Everyone who attended had dropped their name card or contact details into a fish bowl and several lucky winners would walk away with a Love Bonito outfit OF THEIR CHOICE!!
I was commenting to Rosanne that I had never won lucky draws before (not so lucky), those types that are live and you see someone drawing it from a fishbowl type, and my name was called!!
Guess the record has been broken!! Woo!
